KOREAN FRIED FISH

KOREAN  FRIED  FISH:
INGREDIENTS:

6    fish  fillets  small
2  tbsp  each, soy sauce, sesame oil, toasted sesame seeds
                                  and chopped spring onion
Oil, for frying
Pepper, to taste

METHOD:
  • Wash and dry fish. Combine soya sauce, sesame seeds, pepper, spring onions and sesame oil.
  • Dip fish in the mixture and fry in a pan with hot oil until it is cook thoroughly and golden brown on both sides.
  • Serve while it is hot.
