KOREAN FRIED FISH:
INGREDIENTS:
6 fish fillets small
2 tbsp each, soy sauce, sesame oil, toasted sesame seeds
and chopped spring onion
Oil, for frying
Pepper, to taste
METHOD:

METHOD:
- Wash and dry fish. Combine soya sauce, sesame seeds, pepper, spring onions and sesame oil.
- Dip fish in the mixture and fry in a pan with hot oil until it is cook thoroughly and golden brown on both sides.
- Serve while it is hot.
