GRILLED PRAWNS

GRILLED  PRAWNS:
INGREDIENTS:

380  g prawns (about six)
20  g  garlic
30  ml  olive oil
20  ml  lemon juice
10  g  white pepper
Fresh lemon
5  g  cumin powder
Salt to taste

METHOD:
  • Marinate prawns with garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, white pepper, cumin powder, for three to four hours.
  • Grill gently onthe charcoal and serve with lemon and garlic sauce, rice or French fries.
