SEAFOOD TAGLIATELLE

SEAFOOD  TAGLIATELLE:
INGREDIENTS:      (serves 2)

250  g tagliatelle
150  g mixed seafood (shrimps, fish, calamari and mussels)
100  ml  cream
50  ml olive oil
50  g mix of onion and garlic (proportions as desired)
3  tbsp  tomato sauce
Oregano, as desired
2-3  springs parsley, chopped

METHOD:
  • Boil tagliatelle in one litre water. Drain and keep aside. Heat olive oil in a wok and saute onion, garlic and seafood for about three minutes.
  • Add cream and tomato sauce. Sprinkle oregano and parsley. Spoon tagliatelle in, mix and serve immediately.
