FISH KABAB

FISH  KABAB:
INGREDIENTS:    (serves 4-6)

1  kg  fish fillets
2  tsp  ginger-garlic paste
1/2  tsp  black pepper, ground
 3  tbsp  yoghurt 
2  cardamom pods, ground
1/2  tsp  cinnamon powder
2  onions, sliced and fried
1  egg, beaten
1  cup  breadcrumbs
Oil, for frying
Salt, to taste

METHOD:
  • Marinate fish with ginger- garlic paste, salt, pepper and yoghurt for 30 minutes.
  • Thereafter, rub the pieces with cardamom and cinnamon powders and sprinkle fried onion over them.
  • Dip fish in the beaten egg and roll in breadcrumbs till evenly coated. Deep -fry fish pieces till golden brown.
  • Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
